Start Early
It is never too soon to start prepping for the sale of your home. Maggie will guide you with a plan that includes a manageable timeline for that someday sale. She helps with the decluttering process, suggests any necessary home improvements and will create the best furniture layout for the space. Maggie will customize a to-do list to make your home's first impression it's absolute best!
Two for the Price of One
Maggie is a full time licensed real estate agent and a degreed Interior Designer. When you work with Maggie you get both. Her design hat helps with any necessary paint color selection, staging or anything that helps tell a story for that buyer. Maggie knows what a buyer is looking for and she will see your home thru buyer's eyes.
Clean and Organize
This is an important step. A buyer will look elsewhere if a listing is not prepped appropriately. This includes a clean and organized home. Maggie knows which spaces make the biggest impression on a buyer and where to put your best efforts.

Pricing is very important and Maggie has a strategy behind every pricing and marketing decision.
